How long does shipping take?

Shipping is overnight NZ wide via NZ Post/Courier Post, and orders made before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. 

Rural areas can take 3-5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information is provided through GoSweetSpot and/or DHL, you will be sent a tracking number along with your dispatch email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed before the dispatch email has been sent out. 

Please reach out ASAP either through the chat system on our website, email or direct message on either Facebook or Instagram.

 

Can I refund my items?

If any products are damaged or faulty upon arriving to you we can assure you will be refunded, please just get in contact and show us a picture to verify.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we do allow store pickup at our New Zealand branch in Mount Wellington, Auckland. Please send us a message or email to organise this during 9:00-5:00pm, Mon-Fri.

We are based out of Mount Wellington in Auckland, New Zealand.

 

What events are you going to be at?

Can I get you at my event?

If you are interested in getting a Ravewear booth at your next event please email info@ravewear.co.nz.

 

My glasses were damaged at the festival. Can you repair them for me? 

Unfortunately we do not offer repair services. Due to the nature of festival activity, we are not liable for any damages to the product after delivery.
