DELIVERY PROCESS

Orders are dispatched at 12PM NZST daily, meaning orders made before then will be sent that same day. Orders made after 12PM will be sent on the next business day following. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details which allow you to track your order on its way to you. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct, as we cannot change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Your tracking email may be sent to your spam/promotions folder, so please make sure to check there. If you still can not find it, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

 

LATE DELIVERIES

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

 

STORE PICKUP

We allow store pickup at our New Zealand branch in Mount Wellington, Auckland. Please send us a message to organise this during 9-5, Mon-Fri.

 

COVID DELAYS

Our items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, and we are not currently experiencing any delays. However, please understand that unexpected border restrictions or shipping backlogs may delay the arrival of your order during this time. 

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of RAVEWEAR. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering. 

 

DISCLAIMER

RAVEWEAR is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority To Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as RAVEWEAR takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error. Please contact either CourierPost or DHL Express via your tracking number details.
